Tycoon Polska Sp. z o.o. is a fast-growing real estate agency. Most of our clients are foreigners. We are providing one-stop services to clients to take care of their properties and prepare necessary assistance for tenants. We are currently looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Office Assistant / Office Worker

Miejsce pracy: Warszawa, Mokotów

Responsibilities:

Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other communications.
Filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents.
Assisting in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
Performing data entry tasks, updating records, and generating reports.
Ordering and managing office supplies.
Providing general support to visitors and other staff members.
Other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in office administration are a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Language requirements: Polish, English
