Project Support Specialist

For one of our Clients - a global leader in the transport and logistics industry due to the development of structures we are looking for Candidates for the position:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to project teams to ensure efficient information workflow
Planning and organizing project meetings
Preparing project meetings minutes and follow up on action items
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders in terms of actions and meetings scheduled

Requirements:

Proven experience in a corporate or administrative role
Prior exposure to project environments is highly preferable
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
Open-minded and eager to learn new skills, tools, and concepts
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Bright, enthusiastic attitude with a proactive and problem-solving mindset

We offer:

Mandate contract through a temporary employment agency
Possibility of continuing cooperation for a long period after the trial period
Salary: 7.000-10,000 gross per month
Work in a prestigious logistics company
Opportunity to work remotely after training at the companys headquarters in Warsaw
Full-time work from Monday to Friday
